Caring Hands Adult Day Care Founder and CEO Ikishia Jackson, RN, is a visionary leader with a long-standing commitment to elder care.
In 2016, Ikishia established Caring Hands Personal Home Agency. Since then, the home care service has been delivering 24/7 care to more than 1,000 people across Philadelphia.
As the CEO, Ikishia saw a gap she knew urgently needed to be filled in our community. Most adults need part-time care, and there aren’t any well-thought options for them to receive the care and human connection that keep them independent. That’s how Caring Hands Adult Day Care was born. And Ikishia’s unwavering principles of high-quality, person-centered care continue to guide every part of our day care program.
